Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased on Scriptlikho (scriptlikho.com), operated by Scriptlikho, a sole proprietorship based in India. By purchasing a Pro Plan subscription, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

7-Day Refund Window

You are eligible for a full refund of your Pro Plan subscription fee within 7 days of purchase, provided that none of the credits included in your Pro Plan have been used. If even a single credit has been used, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

  • Eligible: You purchased a Pro Plan and have not used any credits from it. You may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Not Eligible: You have used one or more credits from your Pro Plan, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
  • Not Eligible: Your refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Not Eligible: Your account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

3. Free Trial Credits

The 3 free credits provided upon account creation are complimentary and have no cash value. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Since no payment is required for the free trial, no refund is applicable.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@scriptlikho.com from the email address associated with your Scriptlikho account.
  2. Include the subject line "Refund Request — Pro Plan".
  3. Provide your account email address and the date of purchase.
  4. Submit the request within 7 days of your purchase date.

Our team will verify your eligibility by checking your credit usage. If eligible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Once a refund is processed, your Pro Plan subscription will be cancelled immediately, and any remaining Pro Plan credits will be forfeited.
  • If your refund request is denied, we will provide the reason for denial via email.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. You may cancel your Pro Plan subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your Pro Plan features and credits until then. Cancelled subscriptions are not eligible for a refund unless they meet the criteria in Section 2.

7. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page. Refund requests will be evaluated based on the Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
