These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Scriptlikho website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Scriptlikho, a sole proprietorship registered in India ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service is accessible at scriptlikho.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
To use the Service, you must register an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
Upon successful account creation, each User receives 3 free credits. These credits allow you to generate up to 3 scripts at no cost. Free trial credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire if unused. Once your free credits are exhausted, you must subscribe to the Pro Plan to continue generating scripts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial at any time without prior notice.
The Pro Plan is a paid subscription that provides additional credits and features for a recurring fee. By subscribing to the Pro Plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed on the Service at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Scriptlikho and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Generated Scripts: You retain ownership of all Generated Scripts created through your account. You are free to use, modify, publish, and distribute Generated Scripts for your personal or commercial purposes, including in YouTube videos and other content. You are solely responsible for the content of Generated Scripts and for ensuring they comply with applicable laws and third-party rights.
Scriptlikho retains ownership of the Service's underlying technology, algorithms, and infrastructure. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Generated Scripts will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service and Generated Scripts at your own risk. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of Generated Scripts, including but not limited to video performance, audience engagement, or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scriptlikho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@scriptlikho.com. Account deletion will permanently remove your data from our systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the Service. Upon termination, all credits associated with your account will be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
